Hi Everyone,

i was wondering if anyone knows the actual step by step process once our files are sent to our respective visa offices.

I just got my CAIPS notes and the only thing thats already "In Progress" is the Security clearance. The others such as Criminality, Medical and Eligibility is no "Not Started" status.

The reason I want to know what the process is and find out what the time line might be is because my husband's medicals are expiring in June and I want to know if it might be a better idea for me to just go visit him at this point if this is going to take longer than that.

Also in the Medicals section it says - MEDS INDICATE THAT "UMI Not Found"  -   What does this mean???

Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
