Hi all

Just a quick question.  I'm going through the final stages of organising my application and I'm a bit confused about number 6 on the Appendix A document checklist/ number 22 on the main document checklist.  Identity and civil status document.  I am in a common-law relationship but don't have any identity or civil state documents to prove this.   We did sign the stat dec of common-law union... would this work?  What did everybody else use/do?
Also, I'm not sure how this differs from number 9 on appendix A checklist/25 on main checklist Proof of relationship to sponsor

Any comments or suggestions would be really appreciated

Thanks
