Question For Job Duties in FSW Application

Dear Friends,
I am Trishna. I am applying under FSW1. getting confused in job duties. The job duties described on the web site and mine is a bit different. because my job duties are written in 2007 when I left the job. Does that mean same wording require for the job duties??
Do I need to ask my employer for the job duties and reference letter again?

I need your help please
