I know it is currently taking up to 12 weeks to receive a positive LMO in Alberta.  I am wondering if the timeframe is the same for being denied?  My potential employer applied in mid November and we still have not heard anything.  I imagine we should hear something within the next 2 weeks or so.  I'm thinking that *maybe* the lengthy wait is not a bad thing.  Perhaps if it is going to be denied this would happen earlier in the process?  I realize that may be completely incorrect but thought I would ask.  Thanks!

hrsdc timeline is different in every province its also depend on traffic and case officer.we can't say it takes exactly 12 week could be little longer or less.hrsdc takes same time for positive or negative lmo because  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy there is no difference between the positive or negative just decision.
