I just opened a new company in Vancouver, BC. Can I hire my own relatives, such as my father or my father-in-law, and help them to get a work permit?

It could get tricky, I could open a company the head office is my bachelor appartment at Jane and Finch, my company name is called "Chutia Baba Incorporated".....  our slogan "we teach yoga in house with a bit of a twist". I hire all my relatives from India. I am no expert but this kind of hiring could turn out to be a big scam. Hoping people can shed some more light into this topic.

Yes, someone please shed more light.
I have a big company overseas, and I am opening another company in Canada (not a company in an apartment) to make it easier for international business. I wish my father (or some relative) to run the company in Canada.
