Question ARC

Hi, I have my file on the Calgary CIC and Im thinking to withdraw and sent an outland application... When I withdraw the inland application i have to leave right away, Should i need an ARC later to come back?

if you are leaving on your own and you have not overstayed what ever visa you are on, you will not need an arc, technically speaking but you never know with cic. However, if your leaving is a departation order that has become a deportation order, you will need an arc when you do an outland sponsorship. hope this helps. please note that if you leave under a departation order, you will not need an arc but you will have to informa cic of your departure.

So the best is withdraw the application and as soon as I do it ., buy my ticket and show to immigration...
