Hi

According to the guide

You must answer all questions, unless instructed otherwise. If you leave any sections blank, your application will be returned to you for completion. If any sections do not apply, write “Not Applicable”.

Does it mean I have to put "not applicable" every single section that doesn't apply for me.

For example, Form 1344EA section B co-signer
Where should I put it? Can I just put at question 1 Full name?

Thanks

You can write 'Not applicable'  or   in short  "NA

There is no problem if you repeat NA, NA, NA, NA   in all the columns which you dont have any input.

Hey,

I was just wondering if i include the forms that don't apply to me and just put N/A in the columns.. such as the form for Albanian residents.. I am not from Albania so do i just not include those forms.. or include them and just put N/A?

Wow sounds like a simple question but i am not sure what the correct procedure is!

Thanks.

Hi,

You don't have to use a form which is not at all applicable to you.
But if any form is listed in your regional check list, you have to attach it even if the contents are marked NA. Better CIC need not get a chance to  ask for any omissions from your side.

I just put N/A in the first row and then crossed out the rest with a diagonal line. That worked fine.

Guys

You are not submitting forms to computers. Human beings are assessing them. As long as you have written N/A or Not Applicable for a section/question once, you dont need to repeat on each line of the section/question the same thing.

Also regarding the forms that dont apply to you, no need to put them in application BUT on checklist put N/A before them.
