Hello,

I want to immigrate to Canada under skill worker program (I am a software developer). I am in contact with a company that is interested to give me an offer of arranged employment. As far as I know the company should apply for HRSDC approval. I would like to know what the company should do to get this approval and are there any requirements for the company that will apply. Also, it seems this approval is not necessary for IT specialists that will apply for temporary workers (http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/itexemp.shtml) – is there anything similar for foreign people who will apply for permanent residency?

Any information about this or links to the official site will be helpful.

Best regards,
