So me and my brother live in Canada and just booked a trip to USA . We are both United Kingdom citizens with UK Passports, I have a valid PR card. However he just told me ( after we booked everything) that he is without one! sigh. We leave in 2 months which i doubt is enough time for the process to be completed. Is there another way we can get him re-entry into Canada without it? He has his original landing document, and could offer tons of proof of residency ( we have been here for almost 15 years now )

Any advice / help is greatly appreciated.

Considering you're originally from a visa exempt country you should have no problem entering Canada again with your landing papers.  If he applies for the card now and shows proof of his travel plans  you can do an urgent request and they will process it within 4 weeks I believe.

He can still put in paper work to get his PR card. He will have to do urgent processing which takes about 4 - 5  weeks. If he doesnt get it before your travel, then you can still use the other option of UK passports.
