in the Adaptability section of quebec immigration program,  there are three categories and i want to know how they are evaluated......like personel qualities and knowledge abt quebec....i mean how they evaulate my qualities as there is no section of such things in the form....do they mark the points in interview abt motivation, personal qualities and information abt quebec

Yes all of this is done in the interview (if it was needed). In fact with QC immigration program, they will not call you for interview unless you don't have enough points. In case you have the required points, mostly they will not ask you for interview.

Yes
But make sure you have enough French as it is more than likely that the will ask you for an interview.
