question about PR application submission

Hi,

I am applying for PR for noc 0631. I am from India. I see that the forms have to be sent to Sydney and not to New Delhi. There is a checklist for both the visa offices. The New Delhi office requires my transcripts to be submitted in university sealed envelopes. This is something that I dont think can be arranged now. Is this a mandatory thing.

Though it's stated in the guide, however, it's not showstopper. Go ahead with what you have immediately as apps are flying quickly and you might loose the chance to apply if your NOC cap is reached.

It varies from case to case. It basically depends on the conclusion of the security checks. It varies between few weeks to several months. I recommend that you sit and relax as you already crossed the major milestones so far. Passports requests are sent either by email or mail.
