I used to study at Ohio university (US). I want to apply PR Canada, where can I get police clearance report?

You will need PCC according to countries in which you have stayed in since 18 years of age. On how to get PCC  check the link

To add to Ankit's advice, for the USA you will need an FBI clearance.  Use the link provided to find the information on how to apply for an FBI clearance.
