It says if any sections do not apply to you, write Not Applicable. Do I have to put it in every box that doesn't apply to me? for example my height do I have to put NA in the cm box if i write it in the ft and in box? and for number 10 it asks about a previous spouse if i click no do i have to put NA in the rest of the boxes? and for family members if I'm the only one on the app do i have to put NA in all of the boxes on that page?  I know this is a silly question but I don't want it sent back to me for something so silly. thank you.

I put in N/A in any box that was not filled in for me... I think that its a safe bet to do it like this.. atleast there's no confusion since its not blank.

Good Luck!

Yes.
N/A for each question and space. Some immigration officers will send back an entire application because of one missing N/A.

Why not just keep n/a for all the boxes? But I'm sure it doesn't matter if you alternate as long as its in the box.

Should we really write N/A in all the little individual boxes, even the date boxes?! Or can we just write it in the first box of a section or question that doesn't apply. You would think they would be able to figure it out...

I am so glad you brought this up.  Never thought I had to do this for every space.
Am going back through my application now to fill in Not Applicable or N/A now.
Thank you for bringing this up.

There should a 'tips' or 'helpful hints' posting for small details like this that someone else may not think of.
I mean...who knew they would send back an application for an omission like this???

I was only wondering because on the guide it says write Not Applicable, but some boxes are just to small to write it all  out so thats why I was wondering if N/A was okay

 @ mala16
lol. You're welcome. I think of the smallest things. I see people waiting close to a year or over, I want this to go as fast as possible so even if questions are silly I'm still going to ask.

I apologize in advanced if I annoy anyone with all my questions.  Tongue
