hi guys !! morning to all you

well, here we have all now. finally!

I am going to pay the fees with a certified cheque... my question is:

Do I have to attach it to the payment form or must be sent separately to the CIO?

thx in advance for any answer!!

You have to send it with your application package, use a paper clip and place it on top of checklist (which is lead paper of your forms)
