Question about paying for applications with credit card

Yesterday I paid for the spousal sponsorship application for PR with my credit card and printed off several copies of the receipt. Just wondering what do I write for the name on the receipt? Can I just write my name or does it have to be exactly as shown on the credit card. Eg: If my name were John Simpson and my credit card says J Simpson, would I write John Simpson on the receipt or J Simpson? I know, just a minor silly thing but getting so close and trying to be as careful as possible. Would appreciate help asap.  Thanks.

You need to write the sponsor's name as given in your application forms.
