question about pass mark

hello,

I just need 2 points to complete the 67 points of the apllications, all the six factors give me 65 points, i already passed the Ielts with 10 points, and need to write that my proficinancy with french is basic level as it is the my second language, Any body know if they will accept my secondary school certficate as a prove of my proficiancy in french or they will ask for TEF for these 2 points????
