Guys,

I had applied under simplified version in May 2007 and will have to wait at least another year for a document update request. Now, i got a letter in March 2009 asking if i would be interested to withdraw my application which i answered in negative. Now, the situation is that reading a lot of questions/answer in this forum i got little confused. Here are the points:

1) When i applied none of my experience were more than a year. I am observing several threads claiming that a job has to be one year "continuous" before it is eligible to be counted. When i applied all my previous jobs were less than 1 year but in total i had 27 months of experience. Will is be not eligible in that case?

2) Now, when i applied IN 2007 i applied for were 0013 (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR), 4121 (LECTURER), 4122 (TEACHING ASSISTANT), 0631 (RESTAURANT MANAGER), 1225 (PURCHAING AGENT) and 2281 (COMPUTER TECHNICIAN). I am now planning to withdraw my application (for which i dont think i will get any refund) and apply in current 38 NOC.

3) This is how i am planning: I am currently working as Managing Director of a Group of companies in which i primarily handle Finance, budget and operation. So, i am planning now to move NOC to 0111 (Director - Finance & Operation) in which now i have more than 3 years of experience. and then 4121 (LECTURER) and 0631 (RESTAURANT MANAGER) - all of which are in 38 job list.

 Now my questions are:

4) Do i need to mention other NOC job that are not in 38 list.

5) Please clarify me about the "continuous" employment phrase.

6) what is the procedure to withdraw application that are current and re-apply now?

Thanks!
