Question about medical. thanks.

For somebody who recently had medical done and things were found to be fine, but then a month later as part of annual acreen at work the Tuberculosis skin test was found to be positive and further tests were negative for an active disease. Is it necessary/mandatory that CIC be informed of the latent TB and that the person is on medication for latent Tubersulosis. If the medical has already been done, should cic be notified by email or fax and would a remedical be necessary? How should one go about it?
