For somebody who recently had medical done and things were found to be fine, but then a month later as part of annual acreen at work the Tuberculosis skin test was found to be positive and further tests were negative for an active disease. Is it necessary/mandatory that CIC be informed of the latent TB(inactive and noncommunicable) and that the person is on medication for latent Tubersulosis. If the medical has already been done, should cic be notified by email or fax and would a remedical be necessary? How should one go about it?

Thanks.

CIC isn't blind or fool!! They have done their concerned medical stuff so nothing to worry and nothing to inform anyone.

Don't do anything unless you are asked for.

if they needed latent Tuberculosis test they would've done it. so wait for the PPR!!!

Good answer. They know what they are liking for, some applicants have been asked to do furthe Medicals cos there is a concern. Wait for their instruction and don't go and cause unnecessary delay on your file....Mandie

When I enquired about my file status from Detroit where my file has recently been transferred, I got an immediate reply from VO.

"Dear Sir,

Records indicate that this office sent correspondence to you on October 7, 2011.  In this correspondence was immigration medical forms and instructions. "

My lawyer has not received any mail/email till date. When they send medical request do they send hard copies of medical forms in MAIL/ just email with scanned documents.

What should I do now, it's almost more than 2 weeks I am waiting for the correspondence. Is it lost?

Somebody please advise what to do.
