Hello everybody,

I applied for Canadian PR in Nov 2009 as a skilled worker. My status still says In Process. It's been a while already. According to them the process should have taken only 12 months but it's almost 2 years. What should I do? Any advice?  Thanks!

Oh thanks Ana,

Im from Russia. But I live in NJ and my visa office is in NY. I have sent already 2 emails and received the same reply. This is what they wrote: "After reviewing our records, your application is in queue for processing".
My status changed to  In Process in Nov 2010.

Yes, you are right. All I can do is wait. But I dont understand one thing, if the process should have taken only 12 months why do they make these people wait so long. There got to be some explanation for this. I guess they should change their processing time from 12 months to infinite.  Wink
