Question About IELTS test for Quebec

Hello there. Can anyone please answer my question?
Does it matter if I took my IELTS test with IDP? Somebody informed me that I should take IELTS with British Council if I would like to apply for Quebec Skilled Worker Visa. Please help.

I don't think it matters who administers the IELTS as far as is its the official administrators.
