Question about form IMM0008 and form IMM5540

Have you received your Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)?
a) Check the corresponding box
b) If you checked ―Yes‖, please indicate the CSQ number
c) If you checked ―No‖, indicate the date when you applied for your CSQ

Now I haven't send any papers yet...and since I'm applying to live in quebec I thought that after I sent all my completed forms I would request the CSQ once I get accepted by CIC as a sponsor no?

So should I just send the IMM1344 form to Mississauga and nothing else? and when they accept i complete the rest?

edit: Found a similar thread and read that this was a generic form and that I should say "Not applicable"

New question, I want to know if I should send the sponsor questionnaire with my application even if they say I don't need to complete it since I'm a quebec resident.

How will they know anything about me if I don't send it?

They will know about you because you will be required to do an assessment for Quebec instead. MICC does its own evaluation, which it gives to CIC when requested.

Really? cuz for the MICC  I don't have a whole lot of forms to fill out.
No where they ask about my employment or anything like that.
