Hi,

I applied in November last year and had my FSW application fee deducted around that time. Would supporting documents be returned if application rejected at this point.

YES...but think positively. CIO has started to send PER (Positive eligibility review) to Nov 2010 applicants, so you can get yours anytime.

You will the Originaals back other than PCC, in case ur application is approved or rejected
