According to the Canadvisa site, points under the training criteria are as follows.  My question is the following  If you have a Quebec diploma, then do you get an additional 6 points?

I have a Master's degree from the US, so I get 12 points for that.  I am in category D for area of training, so I get 2 points for that. I also have a Canadian bachelor's degree (which according to the Quebec immigration site is considered as equivalent to a Quebec diploma), so does that mean I get another 6 points?  I'm very confused, especially since if you add 12 + 16+ 6 you get 34, not 28.  Please help! Thanks so much.
