Question about CAIPS

I'm in the process to sponsor my wife since 18 months from CIC of Accra Ghana. An interview is already done and I still have no information from this Office. I saw the form IMM5475E for asking informations about the status of applicant file. My question is: What kind of informations can I expect from this application (IMM5475E) if i apply for. And where must I send it. Thanks
