Hi everyone,
Was hoping you guys could help me with a question I had about the Application to Sponsor and Undertaking form. In Section C, question 6 a) it says "If you are sponsoring a member of the spouse or common-law in Canada class, do not complete b) and c); proceed to 7 immediately"

Does "in Canada class" mean that the applicant (spouse or common-law partner) is currently living with you in Canada and it is an inland application? My husband is currently living in the UK- so I should complete it right? Sorry if this seems like a silly question- just wanna make sure it's right!

Yes, you are right. The 'in Canada' refers to an inland application, so you should fill out 6. b and c (if applicable).
