Would anybody clear this for me please. I'm in doubt wether to answer b and c or just proceed to 7. I'm sponsoring my husband only.

1.  If you are sponsoring your spouse "In-Canada" then you go to No. 7
2.  If your spouse is overseas then you complete b&c
