Hello,
I am wondering if I answer yes or no. I am married, and the question asks if I am in a common-law relationship. If you answer yes, you have to provide written and documentary evidence of relationship. Surely we have to provide that info as we are married to prove we are legit. Should I say no, but include the evidence or say yes, even though we are actually married?

Also, I would appreciate some examples of what others have included for question 12 on the same form. Should we write our relationship history? I just want to be a thorough as possible.

Thanks for the help!!

I do believe, if you are married you put no for common-law relationship. I believe you include the evidence for living together in the cohabitation section.

Some people I know have written essays about the relationship history. I put point form with important dates with corresponding photos attached. There are many threads on the forum about what people have included.  Smiley

ok what i passed through in the spouse Questionnaire form.. make me sure that number 5 has no relation to what you are talking about !!!
i mean in the form they ask you if you are married or not.. and then you should complete filling the form in the indicated fields depending on your answer .. hopefully i'm talking about the same form !! Smiley

and about the relationship history just you have to mention the important dates and photos.. as regine said Smiley)
be accurate with every word you write , the more you are specific and clear the better it is Smiley)
