Guys i have applied for immigration in march 2010 received first approval from nova scotia & submitted full documents to london in october 2010. i applied in 0111 financial manager category which is no more in the required list of NOCs.

now even after whole year wait there is complete silence from london office on my application the ecas is APPLICATION RECEIVED with just one line description.

now one of my friend who owns a small medical related firm in canada offered me a job in his firm he said i can send you an arrange employment letter for financial manager in my firm.

now tell me what should i do, what is the procedure & how does cic treat such updates ?

I think we are in similar situation wait for some time and I am sure that you will get faster answer than what
you going to do because FSW2 take more time than FSW.  Shocked Shocked Shocked

if I am on your place I never apply on FSW2 on this situation bro.

Go ahead, obtain the AEO and update your VO with the file number...good luck !

Except the OP applied as FSW1.  With an AEO he would have to re-apply as FSW2

thanks guys for your feedback - but still i am waiting for the final verdict i mean didnt get what should i do, should i accept the offer given to me by my friend or should my application process in the same conditions.

of course accept the offer and then accordingly inform the CIC/VO both to update the status of your application with having an AEO
