Are you in INDIA or ABROAD when applying for INDIAN PCC....?

If ur outside India.........then visit the Indian Consulate website and fill the Miscellaneous services forms and follow the instructions.

If you are in India you need to get the PCC from Local police station.DSP is usually permitted to issue PCC after a check with local police station- It takes about 7 days if all goes well
