Hi Friends,
I am Trishna. Presently I am filling my FSW forms and got stuck in one point. In the form Schedule A: Background Declaration (IMM 5669), there is a personal history section. Here it is said "Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever comes first" while in the document checklist  it says "Provide your detailed personal history from the age of 18, in chronological order"
I am getting confused with these two. I am 1970 born so what should I do? Do I need to write my history since 1988 (from the age of 18) or since 2000 (past 10 years).
I need your help in this matter. Please help me.

Regards

From 1988 (from the age of 18) since this comes first.

Simple Formula= I born in 1979+18=1997
                                   2011-10=2001

which comes first obviously 1997

for Second Inquiry= You have to fill up a single form fee for all family member  like Principal Applicant is 1=550 Canadian Dollar and you is equal to one as .......1=550 you just have to increase the total number of person and multipy with said fee..........at the end total fee will come

we are also three member

Principal Applicant=       550
spouse=                      550
My son (age 1year)       150
Total is                      1250

if child is underage of 22 years but married his fee will be = 550
if child is underage of 22 years but not married               =150

I hope this will help you,,,,,,,,,,,if not then you may ask more questions

Hi Awai Ali,
Thanks for your reply. For the Fee amount ($550 + $550 + $150 = $1250 ) Do I need separate money order for three of us or all together $1250  would be ok? Pl. clear me and thank you very much.

Hi... I think you should provide history details since 2000(past ten years) because 2000 comes first than 1988 from your current age...
well..suppose if you are 60 years of age..why cic will ask u to provide history for 44 years..even they dont have that much space in their forms... Chronological order means from your current age to ur past.. latest activity first...
