Dear all,

Greetings! While I initiated the application I was doing job in my country and subsequently I moved to the UAE. I notified the London VO regarding these changes.
During the application launch, my wife was studying for her Master's degree, which she has completed now. Additionally, she is in the UAE on VISIT VISA to meet me for a couple of months.
Do I need to notify the VO regarding:

1. The completion of my wife's Master's degree?*
2. Her visit to the UAE for a couple of months?

*I don't intend to claim the points of her master's degree by the way. Just wanna know whether I should notify them about these changes or not?

3. One more question: Since the launch of my application, the required funds have been in my account and I am very much worried about the loss due to currency devaluation; therefore, I am thinking of buying some piece of land since, I don't know how much time they would take to issue me the visa! Can I buy a piece of land with this money in MY NAME and send it as a proof of funds to the London VO or should I wait till the issuance of visa?

Thanks a bunch in advance!

Best regards,

1. It's wise to info your VO about it [even if u aren't claiming any points].
2. Not required [UAE visit].
3. Yes, u can... but u must maintain a concrete documentary evidence linking both transactions.

And remember, u'd need ready cash while u r 'landing'.
