Query For Document Checklist... For Number 15......

Hi Friends,
         I am Trishna. In the FSW, In the checklist IMM 5612, there is a point 15. Its heading is Identity and Civil Status Documents.
Here I am submitting my and my spouse's Birth Certificate, my name Affidavite (because of marriage), Marriage Certificate.
Now after that it says National IDs, family/household registry/book (if applicable) ---- Now this thing is not clear. What's that mean. I have include my 2 sisters and brother's name in family background form. Does that mean they need proof of their ?

Please clear me in this who has submitted their applications.

Dear Trishna ! They ask for national id other than passport i.e. ur vote id card or Unique identity document.If u have one with correct details on ur vote card then specify ,otherwise put no in the answer.regards.

Thank you friends.... One more thing, in the check list they've asked applicant's original experience letters. Does that mean I don't need to put my husband's experience letters or should it be ok to put them

There is no need to put his experience letter, but if you really want to do yes you can! It will not make any difference.

I also have a question concerning document checklist. It isn't mentioned in t checklist whether I need to submit labor book or only references will be enough. Thank you
