Query for Category NOC 2282 Federal Skilled worker Application

Hi,
 
I would like to apply for Immigration to Canada as a Federal Skilled worker. As per NOC, my occupation comes under Category NOC 2282( User Support Technician). I have more than 6 years of experience in this field.
As this is not a part of the 29 occupations listed under the "Eligibility Criteria for Federal Skilled Worker Applications", will I still be able to submit my application as per the new rules and regulations. If yes, what is the processing timeframe for my application.
