Query for Canada Immigration

Hi

I have somw query reg. Canada Immigration file

1)I gave 3 times IELTS  , but every time I got different score.Which IELTS band score will count for Canada PR ?
2)I was live in USA around 1 year on 2009-2010 year, So Shall I need to provide PCC ( Police Clearing Certificate) for USA? If yes then How can I get   USA Police clearing certi from India. Please guide me.
3)If immigration file will reject by Canada government for any fraud documents or any other reason , then Shall we reapply a new PR file after some 1-2 year.

Please provide your oupput. I appreciate ur help.

1) Send your best IELTS as long as it is not too old already.  You can not mix results from one or more IELTS to get a better score.  If you sent more than one IELTS, they will pick the latest one.

2) You need a PCC from the US.  Here are the instructions on how to get one: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp

3) I would not advise you to apply with fraudulent documents if that is what you are planning.  If your application is rejected, as long as you can fix the reason why it was rejected, you can apply again as soon as you think you qualify.

I have more 1 questions :

1) Employment Payslip is required ? Actuallly I am Physiotherapy and I got cash payment by client and also I fill the Tax Retrun form-16.
So Is it required for Payslip ?  is it enough to prove salary ?

3 ) I m not taking risk for Fraud Docs , But any other reason  If they will reject then shall I reapply for certain Time ?

If you are rejected for any reason other than fraud - you can apply again as soon as you want to.

If you are rejected due to fraud (misrepresentation), then you will most likely be given a two-year ban from entering Canada. Once this ban is over, you can certainly apply to immigrate again. However you should expect that CIC will examine your application extremely closely due to the earlier fraud finding.

Actually I have completed my Bachelor of Phyasical therapy and I do interns around 6 month , so Shall I count this interns as a Experiance ?

and also I worked part time job during interns , so that one shall will consider as a Experiance ?

Please provide me ur suggestion
