I had applied for Federal Skilled worker Permanent Residence and got an approval from the Sydney Office.

Now, I want to clarify one thing before I submit my application to Buffalo Visa office. My question is.

It has been instructed to send all document copies notarized. I am an Indian Citizen and currently residing in USA. I don't have all my documents with me right now. Those are in India.

Will it be acceptable,
if I arrange those documents get notarized by any public notary in India and send those notarized copies to buffalo office ?

OR

I must get all documents notarized by any notary located in USA ?

it doesn't matter where the doc are notarized...just make sure they are! and plus you have to know that you need them (originals) when called for interview.
