query about RPRE fees in London

Please any one help me how to submitt RPRF in london embassy.

I have 2 kids.do I need to submitt RPRF fees for kids as well?

What is safe way to submit to this fees to avoid any delay ?

What is total fee for RPRF for me and for my spouse ? On web site it says:

''Applicant: $550 (processing fee) + $490 (Right of Permanent Resident Fee - RPRF)
 TOTAL= $1040''

so i have to submitt 1040 for me and for 1040 for my wife?

1.  I will make an assumption that you have already paid the $550x2 for you and your spouse and $150x2 for your kids under 18 when you submitted your application.  Now you submit $490x2 for the RPRF for you and your spouse.  Nothing for the kids.  The instructions are here for sending it to London.  http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/fees-frais.aspx?view=d
