Hi All,
Currently I am preparing the work experience and police clearance related documents to be sent to CIC office in USA-Buffalo for FSW 3 Category for applications submitted before 26 June 2010. I am referring to the helpful hints section for FSW.

In section - Supporting Documents B- I have a confusion about "Open all envelopes" .
reference :
3. Education documents (open all envelopes except transcripts)
4. All documents in support of your work experience (open all envelopes)
7. Police certificates from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of
      18.
It says "Open all envelopes"for documents to be submitted for point 3,4. My confusion is
a) I have received work experience letter from my previous and current employer by mail. So Should I include the work-exp letters along with their respective envelopes or should I include only the "work experience letter" ?
b) the same confusion I have about Police clearence certificates received from FBI USA and Toronto. Should I  include only letters  or letter with respeive envelopes from police authorities?
One of the hints in USA-Buffalo website says "Do not submit documents in separate envelopes" that is why I am not very much sure which way to follow.
Your views will be very much appreciated

Just the letters. Envelopes are not needed.

Just the letters. Envelopes are not needed.

Note: Educational Transcripts will also be in envelope, DO NOT open this. Transcripts are actually known as "sealed transcripts" and they should remain sealed.

This means that, the package that you send, should contain only documents (loose papers) and transcript envelopes.
