I am an Indian Citizen and currently residing at USA .

I had applied for Federal Skilled worker Permanent Residence and got an approval from the Sydney NS Office. Now i am preparing to submit the documents to Buffalo Visa Office.

The problem is I may need to go back to India before my Medical Exam is done . In that case , Can I undergo the Medical Exam in India through an authorised Indian Doctor and submit my medical report from there ??

Plz help.

Hi

You can undergo medical test with any of the nominated doctors (Panel Doctors) in any part of the world. They would then send the test result to the designation country from where you have applied.

I think that if you are having indian passport, then you may have to submit the medicals also to the local CHC in delhi. Not sure whether sending it to buffalo would be a better idea.

If you have a consultant, why don't you check with them?

As mentioned by balakri, you may do the medicals anywhere as long as the doc is in the empanelled list of doc by canada.
