Queris before stampping visa

Hi PM M and friends,

I have done our medical Exam in Jan. 2009 and last week I received a letter from IO asking me to update

1,our personal history. (Question 11 in SCHEDULE 1of IMM0008)
2,all addresses where we have lived since our 18th birthday.(Question 15 in SCHEDULE 1of IMM0008)


I have already submitted updated above information to them during interview in Mid-December 2008. I don't know why they ask me to update these information again?
