Dear Friend

I submitted my complete docs to CHC ISB in March 2010. In December 2010 there is a new arrival in my family, for which I update CHC London by email. Now I have all documents, birth certificate and passport of my baby. Can you please guide me which forms I need to fill and send as part of my baby application

i submitted all doc to sydney, on march15 2011,and they encashed 23rd march ,but still  i haven,t  receive any  infirmation till today,plz do reply
