Hello,
I have couple of queries regarding AINP

1) If I get immigration through AINP how much time can I take to land in Canada. I have heard that I can delay my landing in Canada for upto three years is that correct?
2)If I go for AINP should I need to land and work in Alberta or can I work in any city or province? If answer is Yes then will it cause any problem when I apply for citizenshipt after five years or not?

Thanks

my 5 cents....
1. I believe the landing process has to be done before your medical is expired, so it would be around a year. However you can go to Canada just for the landing and then to keep your PR you need to live in Canada for 2 out of 5 consecutive years ...

2. if you go for AINP you have to do your landing in Alberta. Once there you might want to stay there for 3-4 months and show that you tried to find a job but you couldn't... if you don't then most probably you will be questioned when renewing your PR or while processing citizenship.

I am not an expert and this is just my personal opinion of this subject

BTW there is a webinar you might want to listen about AINP under H1B stream..

good luck!
