Queries: Landing Doccuments for POE.

 Hi Qorax and all expertise,

Please answer following questions, its really urgent , as i am landing to Toronto on 9 th Feb'12.

1. What is IMM 5445 form? Where do we get this form.
2. Is there any difference between IMM 5444 & IMM 5445.
3. Do we need to have pre-filled Supplementary Identification Form IMM 5455? Is it required at the port of entry (we plan to fill all take it)
4. Are all our documents such as (birth certificate, edu qualification cert, reference letters, IT returns/declaration) needed at POE.

Please help asap.
