I have a few questions:
1-When someone applies through Quebec Skilles workers, Does he need to go through "French Professioncy Test" or not?
2-I tried this site: "http://www.form.services.micc.gouv.qc.ca/epi/index.jsp?languageCode=en" for self evaluation and it said I am not qualified, but when my evaluation is I am qualified.
3-How can I calculate points for Occupational Mobility?
4- what is the passing score for a single person?
Thanks

I'm not sure about the other questions, but I do know that people have been rejected on the basis of not knowing French. They say on their site to take the TEFaQ, but I feel this test is simpler than having a conversation with an IC officer for 30-45 minutes in French.

Also, I've been to Montreal, and trust me, you want to know French. You can't do a thing over there without knowing that language.

One thing is for sure, if you are applying under Quebec Immigration, French language proficiency and testing is a MUST.
