Quebec skilled worker application advice/help please?

Hello 

I'm beginning my immigration application for the Quebec Skilled Worker program from the Middle East and I'm yet in the process of compiling all my documents.
I am currently taking the A2 level French course and plan to take the TEFaQ once I finish this level. I was wondering whether any of you might have any insight into what an acceptable TEFaQ score is if I've completed level A2? Also, does the application process require that applicants complete B1 or would just A2 suffice to take the TEFaQ?

Could any of you please direct me to any valuable resources to improve my conversational French (I'd like to especially improve my listening), especially if you know of any places I could find sample TEFaQ tests to practice with.
On average, how do they usually score TEFaQ candidates? Are they lenient or are they very strict about pronunciation/accent etc?

I'm applying for myself, no dependents, so could any of you please share your experiences if your case is similar to mine?

Any info, advice or help is welcome, I'd really appreciate it.
