Hello Guys,

I sent my documents to attorney for Quebec Skilled Worker Program in Jan'2011.

Attorney sent the documents to Hongkong Office on Feb'04'2011. I got a letter from Government of Quebec on Mar'15'2011 mentioning that they don't recognize my attorney and needs to file for representation as per new policies effective from Feb'02'2011. They also returned my Credit Card payment form as processing payment of $395. This letter had one file number on it, starting with HA.

Then, I sent one representation form to my attorney and they filled for represntation along with $100 as representation fee. He filled for represntation in Apr'2011. Also, he sent the payment for processing again in May'2011.

I havn't heard anything back from anyone yet. Please share your experiances.

We are also waiting for interview, We are going to start our eight month of patience now...hope this period comes to an End.

I think patience is the only way out, If you are really worried and uncertain use their e-mail form to ask them regarding your case, please don't forget to mention you file number and most importantly write your e-mail in french.
