Quebec Skilled Migrant Information

Hi,

Please evaluate my profile if I am eligible to apply for Quebec Skilled Immigrant VISA and also please tell me the chances of getting a PR of Quebec.

Age- 23 yrs
Education- B-Tech (Computer Science Engineering).
Work experience in an IT company- 1.2 yrs Full time(July-2010 to present) and also I have done INTERNSHIP in an IT company during my last semester for 0.4 yrs
TOEFL score- 110/120. Highly proficient in reading, listening, speaking and writing.
I have enrolled into a French course, currently I just have basic knowledge of French, but would probably gain proficiency in 2-3 months.
No Family in Canada.

I want to apply asap,so please tell me if i am eligible to apply for Quebec and if there are strong chances of getting a PR.
