is there any priority for french speakers or it is the same for non-french speakers

There's no priority based on language but you get priority if your profession is among the list.Having good command of French will definitely enhance your chances of being selected without an interview.

French definitely increases your chances for being selected. As said by talk2meals you need  to fall one of the priority occupation in the priority list. Please follow the link for further information if you fall into one of the priority occupation:

there are 2 tabs in the list of preferred areas of training. foreign degress and quebec degrees. what column do we need to look at?

If you have done your degree in Québec then you need to look at Québec degree tab . If it's foreign country degree then foreign degree tab

i have done my degree in business management. Under foreign degrees, it said no under foreign degree and yes for quebec degrees. Below the table it shows quebec degree or equivalent....what does it mean by quebec degree or equivalnet?
