Quebec Selection certificate form

Hey guys, I remember reading somewhere that this certificate FORM, you have to send it along with your initial application to CIC-Mississauga... is that fact? If not when do I send it?

I will be sponsoring my wife who lives in Pakistan.

Application forms for Quebec can ONLY be submitted AFTER you have received sponsor approval from CPC-Mississauga, as you need to include a copy of the approval letter or email when you mail your forms to MICC.

You must enclose a copy of the letter you received from Citizenship and Immigration Canada confirming that your sponsorship application is admissible, otherwise your undertaking application will be returned to you.

Once you have been approved as a sponsor by CPC-M, a copy of the email/letter, application forms and payment fee must be mailed to:
