I am a canadian citizen living in Quebec and I want to get married with my girlfriend, she is a US citizen working in Quebec with a work permit valid for 3 years.
I want to know what are the steps when we will get married here in Canada, should I sponsor her to become resident? Will it be easier since she have a work permit? And if I would sponsor her, should I sponsor her inland or overseas?

Thanks in advance
Guillaume

I think sponsership supposed to be outland, but the best one is , she apply as a skilled worker after one year work.

once you get married you can sponsor her outland it faster and you have the right to appeal if once refused.
Better check the other forum under family sponsorship.
But if she can apply for other ways to become PR its better for you because you will not be responsible for her financially for 3 yrs.
